The SLC have been doing some fundraising this year in order to purchase a $700 Freedom Wheels bike for a child with a disability, on Wednesday 14th May the school, and the SLC students in particular were very proud to be able to present the bike to a young local boy. The Freedom Wheels bike will give him the opportunity to be able to ride for the first time ever. He is looking forward to taking it home to ride with his family. The school was able to do this by partnering with TAD Disability Services, keep your eye out for the Liverpool Leader who covered the story today.
