Attention:

  Guests must be seated by 6.30pm for the 50^th Anniversary evening to commence on time.  Only paid guests will be admitted to the function. Commemorative pavers will be available on the night to purchase for $20 (cash only).

Payment to the club is now committed, so unfortunately there are no refunds.

AHS 50^th Anniversary information

AHS celebrates 50 years since opening its doors to students in 1964. A dinner will occur on Saturday May 24, 2014 at Liverpool Catholic Club to mark the occasion. Our experience suggests that it is important to book early, as the 40^th anniversary was completely booked out. The cost for the dinner is $65, and is to be paid directly via the school's online payment system (see the ‘$ make a payment' tab).

When booking on the ‘Payment Details' page, please note the mandatory fields to complete (*). Please also include the year you left school in the box marked ‘Class or Year'.

There are two options when deciding to book:

Option 1.         Group booking. If you would like to book as a group for a table as you have organised (a group is 3 or more people), indicate the name you assign to your group and the number, e.g., "the Brains Trust 10". Place this information in the box marked ‘Ref. or Invoice Number'. Don't forget to place the year you left school as noted above. The maximum number is (10) per table.

Option 2.         Non-group booking. This is for those who are not booking as part of a big group. If you have paid for two people, it is assumed you will be organised as two people on a table. Please remember to put the year you left school as noted above.

Accommodation. The Mercure Hotel attached to the LCC has accommodation available at a reduced rate. Contact them directly regarding bookings and mention the AHS Anniversary.
